Prompt: Post the picture of your cultural identity mask onto your blog. Write a reflection about the creation process of the mask or presenting it to the class.

 Prompt Response: My mask went through a few design changes before I ended on this design. It took me a while but I realized that I wanted my mask to have a shattered design like the one shown to show how I am the sum of multiple different aspects of myself and not just one.

Reflection: I learned that people are made of different aspects of themselves. No one person is the same and each person is made of the sum of their parts creating them as a whole.

 Prompt Response: One time when my friends got into a heated argument I left to avoid getting pulled into it. Doing that made my life easier as I avoided being suspended. Summary: Finished reading "The Life You Save May Be Your Own" in class. Reflection: I did not expect the short story to end in the way it did. I expected a much lighter ending than the one that was presented.
