 Prompt Response: The three words I think I will use the most in speaking and writing this semester are Ambiguous- because of its many uses, Aesthetic- because of its meaning and altruistic- because of its meaning.


Summary: Wrote vocabulary and did exercise 1 and 3 from lesson 1 of the college bound book.


Reflection: The vocabulary given to us today helped expand my knowledge of words. It taught me new words I had never heard before and words I knew but didn't truly understand the meanings of.

 Prompt Response: One time when my friends got into a heated argument I left to avoid getting pulled into it. Doing that made my life easier as I avoided being suspended. Summary: Finished reading "The Life You Save May Be Your Own" in class. Reflection: I did not expect the short story to end in the way it did. I expected a much lighter ending than the one that was presented.

 Prompt Response: I've always been curious about why some people have a higher aptitude for certain hobbies or sports while others don't. Summary: Completed Argument paragraph assignment.
