Describe a time you felt completely lost.

 Prompt Response: A time I felt completely lost was when I was younger and couldn't decide if I wanted to spend my summer with my mom or with my dad. I enjoy spending time with both of them and at the time I just didn't know what to do.


Summary: Presented our group presentations in class today.


Reflection: I learned the difference between a topic and a theme. Knowing this difference will better help me understand and differentiate between the two as we go further into the semester.

 Prompt Response: One time when my friends got into a heated argument I left to avoid getting pulled into it. Doing that made my life easier as I avoided being suspended. Summary: Finished reading "The Life You Save May Be Your Own" in class. Reflection: I did not expect the short story to end in the way it did. I expected a much lighter ending than the one that was presented.
